Brundhavan Homes offers bespoke non-sharing rental homes for Short Term Rentals and Longer Stays in prime locations across India. We do not offer just basic Furnished Apartments on rent. We offer fully Serviced Homes with all amenities & facilities bundled in a complete package along with all Furnishings for a ready-to-use home on flexible rentals. Our pricing is also designed accordingly offering all-inclusive rents (with no hidden charges), pay-as-you-go with minimum documentation & security deposits, no landlord interference and no long-term commitments with all daily maintenance services included.
Brundhavan Homes are fully furnished, and decorated rental Homes with all amenities for a comfortable stay including Bed, Couch, Air Conditioners, TV, etc, plus a fully equipped Kitchen with all cookware to make a meal. You also get access to a fully automatic Washing Machine with Iron & Ironing Board besides additional amenities like high speed WiFi Internet & Tata Sky TV OR Netflix / Prime. Rentals also include Cleaning Service with Linen changes & daily maintenance services. Just bring your clothes and start living!
All our Brundhavan Homes rental properties are “Sanitized Certified” as stated in the listing description on our website. They are disinfected & deep cleaned before every arrival and staff wear masks at all times. We have also started a Covid vaccination program for all our team. Hygiene has been our top priority even before Covid. So you can book with full confidence.
It is just as easy as booking a hotel! You can make your booking online by looking up the desired accommodation which will give you an option to confirm your booking after making a payment by Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking. You can also give us a call or email us at hello@brundavanhomes.com or fill in the form on the website: https://brundavanhomes.com All bookings will be confirmed only after paying the reservation amount. Within 24 hours of the reservation amount being received by us, you will receive confirmation of your booking and your arrival information pack via email. However, for online bookings done on our website via Credit/Debit Cards or Net Banking, the confirmation is done immediately.
No. Full Payment is required at the time of booking OR prior to check-in. Unlike hotels, our Brundhavan Homesgenerally do not have a manned reception or the facility to take payment at the time of check-out. At the time of booking you will be asked for full payment unless otherwise agreed.
All major debit/credit cards are accepted besides Google Pay, UPI and Paytm. In some cases, we may also accept Cash upon arrival. Cheques are NOT accepted.
You can book for Minimum 2 Nights & Maximum 60 Nights in one booking. For longer stays, you can make subsequent multiple bookings of upto 2 Months duration each. Monthly Discounted Rentals are applicable for Minimum 28 Nights stays and remain fixed for all stays of longer duration.
Just enter your Check-In & Check-Out Dates on the listing of your choice (minimum 7, 14 or 28 Nights) and get Weekly, Fortnightly & Monthly discounted rentals respectively. The Monthly discounted rentals also remain fixed for stays of longer than a month.
We don’t have any special off-the-shelf packages for such Yearly leases. However, we would suggest you to book for a month initially (with the monthly discounted pricing). If you like this stay (and we are comfortable with you as a guest) and want to sign up for an Yearly rental, then as a repeat guest, we can design a customised traditional rental agreement for you with a lock-in period and advance deposits accordingly. Please note again that we don’t offer any such traditional agreements for new guests and you can only book discounted monthly stays for upto 60 days at a time via our website, with no lock-in commitments or high advance deposits.

As the name suggests, our Add-On Service Packs are optional extras that you can add while making your online booking. They are designed to provide an enhanced stay experience and offer you amenities like Alternate Days Cleaning, Premium WiFi (100 MB), Welcome Pack & Toiletries, Car Parking and Early Check-In OR Late Check-Out (upto 4 Hours).
Yes, extra Cleaning can be availed on chargeable basis at Rs 350 per cleaning for Studio & One Bedroom Apartments. It includes full Apartment Cleaning with all Linen replacement (Bedsheets, Towels, Pillows, etc.) plus Utensils cleaning & Garbage removal. For Two or Three Bedroom Apartments, Extra Cleaning charges are Rs 650 per cleaning.
YES, most of our properties are pet-friendly. If you plan on bringing your furry friend, please contact us in advance and provide the breed, age, weight and size of your pet so we can review and approve it. Extra Pet fees may apply that will be shared with you prior to making your booking. You also agree to be liable for paying any additional damages due to the pet.
Our HOT DEAL pricing is the Lowest Possible Rate for any listing. However, it is a non-refundable rate and requires full advance payment. If you are sure of your stay plans, we recommend booking HOT DEAL pricing. Our BEST AVAILABLE RATE is about 10-15% higher than HOT DEAL pricing, but it offers the convenience of Free Cancellation up to 3 Days before Check-In with the option of paying on Arrival. If your dates are not confirmed, we suggest booking the BEST AVAILABLE RATE.
While we don’t have any pre-set Corporate rates, we do offer customised plans to our empanelled Corporate partners as per their travel requirements. For such customised contracted rates, kindly send across your requirements and company profile to – corporate@brundavanhomes.com
Yes, please provide your GST details at the time of making your booking, and we will generate your GST invoice accordingly at the end of your stay.
We offer a Lowest Price Guarantee for all BluO listings that can be viewed here – https://brundavanhomes.com/lowest-price-guarantee You will NOT get a lower or even matching qualified price on any other travel website. The other benefits of booking direct with BluO include Complimentary Upgrades, Special Offers, Extras & Extended Check-In/Check-Out timings among others. * Two Bedroom Apartment – Upto 6 Adults (5th & 6th guest chargeable extra)
* Three Bedroom Apartment – Upto 9 Adults (7th, 8th & 9th guest chargeable extra) Children above 12 Years are considered Adult guests. Extra guest charges are Rs 600/day. Extra Beds/mattresses are provided only if there are Extra guests billed during your stay.
